What happens after my investment period ends?
After the 2-week investment period, you can choose to opt out of our service at no cost whatsoever. However, if you think our service woud be beneficial, you can sign a termed contract with us - this is usally 3-month, 6-months or a year.
How can your service offering help us with data prep & cleaning?
We use a number of technologies to help clean up and prepare data at scale. However, sometimes data cleaning isn't that straightforward. We have a huge number of adhoc personnel who help us in the most difficult data clean up tasks
What is your data governance structure?
We try as much as possible to work with completely anonymised data from clients. But where it is impossible, we use our strict Guidelines on Data Protection, Security & Governance when working with our clients data.
How am I going to be billed?
Our bills are broken into 3 cardinal areas. Cloud Cost, Service Standing Cost & Staff Cost. Cloud cost comes "pump price" which is completely based on the cost of our AWS cloud service for a fully managed.
